Politics aside, of course its delicious but varies by people. Russian foods are very delicious and when I was a kid even today there is 1 dish I cannot resist
Borscht (Борщ) (which actually originated from Ukraine, but Russian borscht is different as they use beef commonly or sausages while Ukrainian uses pork often)
There are other foods I love like
Pelmeni (пельмeни) which are basically Russian style dumplings
Beef Stroganoff (бефстро́ганов)
Shashlik (шашлык) basically Russian kebab
There are many others, but these are my top favorites
